Q. One emotionally immature girl age 17, class 11th at present. Age 16 at the time of incidence, met one fb friend in delhi. He met her frequently and one day invited her on his birthday in a restaurant cum bar. The girl went there and met him and his friends. They had fun, food, dance, bear and soft drink too. Boys had added hard drink in her glass. Later she had complain of vomiting so they all went to one house where only his fb boy friend had relation with her. Now she is so much so depressed that wants to either commit suicide or take revenge by filing FIR. She needs counselling please. Boy present age 21. Working in Noida
Hello! As per the incident you mentioned before taking any step the girl meed to make her positive, self capable. I advise her to first visit a counsellor nearby and get counselled, for forgetting past, getting motivated and thereby, thinking if she wants to go for FIR or not. It's not easy to handle the consequences of interrogation by police anthetee as your friendship is willing. move on! is best. make yourself strong and from now onwards. Don't trust someone early.
