In her therapy sessions, they have proved to be quite effective in stress, anxiety and anger management, depression, loneliness, adjustment, relationship, marital and various other mental health issues. She has an eclectic approach and practice as per the client's needs. In her years of Counselling, she has conducted workshops and lectures on marital harmony, familial issues, stress, anger and anxiety management, depression and loneliness, education in human sexuality, communication skills, adolescence issues, parent-child relationship, etc. She also train in personality development and life skills. She had the opportunity to work with the defense personnel and their families, civilians, underprivileged children, and women. Presently working with Arogyadham, Mental Health Centre.
